We provide two types of training programs and certification for the successful use of our technology and equipment.
Operator Training
Training for the safe and effective use of our GoFLO® CNG Compressor or our GoVAC® Pipeline Evacuation products in the field. Operator training includes pre-towing, post-towing, setup, use, demobilization, and common fault recovery scenarios. Ideally, training will be provided on a customer site or at a customer evacuation project. Operator Training is mandatory for customers using their first unit from Onboard Dynamics whether by way of sale or lease.
Maintenance and Repair Training for Equipment Technicians
In-depth maintenance and repair training for qualified mechanics employed by the customer. Repair Technician Training includes all maintenance and most technical repair procedures. The training includes a complete review of the fault table and troubleshooting guide for the equipment. Ideally, this training is provided at Onboard Dynamics headquarters so that complete hands-on repairs can be conducted followed by the running of the equipment and validation of the repair.
